A fiery serve with a real kick of ginger, this is an ultra-refreshing twist on the Moscow Mule.
THE INGREDIENTS
-50ml Dark Matter Rhubarb & Ginger Rum Liqueur
-15l fresh lime juice
-dry ginger ale to top up
-mint and lime to g
THE METHOD
Shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with pineapple fronds.
