OUR JOURNEY
We wanted our first spirit release to turn heads & to make a statement on what we are about and how we mean to go forward. Over a year in the making, the launch of Dorchadas, our 'flagship' spiced rum - is inching ever closer.
A nod to the age-old profession of smuggling, the rum has been brought back to its roots. Sourced from other nations that share our fabled history of 'free-trade', we have retained the rums authenticity through the traditional method of single pot still distillation.
Dorchadas will be a spiced rum, true to its name. We have steeped our exquisite blend in a marriage of sweet & aromatic spices to create a beautifully balanced and layered rum with lasting mouthfeel so its story can be told through the palate.
